Chemical Injection is one of the fundamental preventive maintenance methods for minimizing or controlling corrosion in pipelines, vessels, etc. They are applicable to a large variety of processes in the petroleum, chemical and water treatment industries. The chemical injection system may be used for the injection of wide range of chemicals such as biocide, de-emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, oxygen scavenger, glycol, anti-wax, methanol and etc. Tee-less chemical injection system is utilized to inject chemicals through a standard two inch access fitting and it does not require a side tee. The tee-less chemical injection system consist of:

2- Access fitting with heavy duty cap
3- Injection/sampling nut
4- Injection/sampling tube
5- Shut-off Valve
6- Nipples
7- Check valve (optional)
