corrosion data logger (fixed type) model ERT-02
The ERT-2 is an intrinsically safe (Ex ia IIC T4 Ga), a battery-powered with ability to obtain metal loss/corrosion rate corrosion from all types of electrical resistance (ER) corrosion probes. ERT-2 measures the resistance of the probe element which changes over time then stored to memory. The memory is capable of storing 2,000 readings, and is protected by a back-up battery. The ERT-2 is particularly useful where a process monitoring computer is not available or accessible. The system is ideally suited for plants where the ER probes are separated by large distances. The data can be downloaded by data logger (ERT-1) then transfer to PC with standard text or excel format. All electronic parts and batteries are housed in an Ex-d IIC T6 Aluminum explosion-proof enclosure, and all external connections are weather-proof (IP65).
